How Campaign-Based Distribution Works
STIMM Harvest Network operates on a campaign-threshold model. Distribution dates are not pre-scheduled. Instead, campaigns build toward a minimum order threshold, and scheduling happens only after that threshold is confirmed.
Campaign Organizer Launches Promotion
A community group, family, church, school, organization, or individual decides to run a Harvest Campaign. They promote the campaign to their network, social media, community, friends, and family.
Orders Collected & Funds Gathered
The organizer collects customer orders and gathers payment. They work to reach the minimum threshold of 350 or more watermelon sales for the campaign.
Threshold Reached, STIMM Schedules
Once the campaign reaches 350+ confirmed watermelon sales, the organizer notifies STIMM. STIMM then coordinates with the supplier/distributor to schedule the official drop-off or distribution date.
Final Details Confirmed
Distribution date, location, fulfillment details, and any special instructions are confirmed with verified order totals. The campaign moves forward with full coordination.

STIMM's portion of proceeds supports our broader humanitarian and ministry initiatives, including land acquisition, family support, learning development, and member empowerment.

To launch a Harvest Campaign, you need to reach a minimum threshold of 500 confirmed watermelon sales.

No pre-set dates. Distribution dates are scheduled only after your campaign reaches 350+ orders.
Once confirmed, STIMM coordinates with the supplier to establish the official drop date and location for your campaign.
How to Run a Harvest Campaign
Launch & Promote
Announce your Harvest Campaign to your community, friends, family, social media, and networks. Share information about watermelon price, quality, and how orders work.
Collect Orders & Funds
Gather customer orders and collect payment. Track your order totals as they come in. You're working toward the 500-melon minimum.
Reach Threshold & Notify
Once you have 350+ confirmed orders, notify STIMM with your order totals. STIMM then schedules the distribution with the supplier.
⚠️ Important: Campaign Scheduling Clarification
Distribution dates are NOT pre-scheduled. There is no public calendar for you to "pick a date" for your campaign. Instead:
- • You run the campaign first — promote, collect orders, reach the 500-minimum
- • STIMM schedules after confirmation — once you hit 350+ confirmed sales, we coordinate the date with the supplier
- • Details are confirmed later — final date, location, and logistics are worked out with verified order totals
This is a campaign-based, threshold-driven model—not an open calendar booking system. Plan your promotion strategy accordingly.

Approved organizers and participating members are responsible for promoting the campaign, gathering customer orders, and helping reach the minimum required sales threshold. Campaign organizers work independently but with clear support and coordination from STIMM to ensure successful, organized distribution.
